Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service & Warranty Lead with strong expertise in automotive after-sales, warranty management, and service operations. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end SAP Service & Warranty solutions and work closely with business stakeholders, integration teams, and enterprise architects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead SAP S/4HANA Service & Warranty solution design
• Manage after-sales and warranty business processes
• Handle warranty claim adjudication and recall management
• Support service orders, notifications, and settlement processes
• Integrate SAP with Salesforce Service Cloud / Field Service and DMS platforms
• Collaborate with MM, PM/EAM, FI/CO, and middleware teams
• Drive fit-gap workshops, UAT, deployment, and production support
Required Skills:
• 10+ years of SAP experience
• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Service or SAP CS
• Hands-on SAP Warranty Management experience
• Automotive after-sales and dealer ecosystem knowledge
• Experience with Service Orders & Warranty Claims
• Integration experience with APIs, IDocs, Workato, Salesforce, or DMS systems
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
Preferred:
• Automotive OEM experience
• SAP S/4HANA transformation program experience
• Knowledge of VIN handling, recall campaigns, and service billing
