SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect is responsible for creating and delivering a cohesive solution across multiple modules of SAP and connect non -SAP application. The candidate must have deep expertise in at -least one SAP module and working knowledge in multiple SAP modules like FI, MM/WM, SD, PP etc. The candidate should be able to paint the big picture and recommend alternatives to resolve conflicts between business requirements and out of the box best practices.<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/p>- Responsible for architecting, designing and helping to build innovative solutions around SAP S/4HANA <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Help in Pre -Sales activities as needed – participate in solutioning, client presentations, assessments<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Lead and support S/4HANA pursuits and help customer to define their digital roadmap <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Proactive and self -motivated work ethics<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Work with teams located across multiple geography<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Lead business requirements discussions with customer to Implement S/4HANA solution<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Provide strong technical understanding of the product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full platform and how it may be configured to meet a customer’s business needs<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Understand the SAP roadmap for S/4HANA and become a trusted advisor for clients in driving their S/4HANA adoption<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Review project deliverables (e.g. benefits realization strategy, to -be functional requirements, enterprise structure, business process master list (BPML), business process design document to ensure they meet project objectives<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Build and maintain relationships with key executives, business personnel, SME and a network of professional organizations or affiliations<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Estimate total effort for all the application teams<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Contribute to the knowledge base of the SAP Practice<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Technical Experience<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Over 18 years of overall SAP implementation and support experience<\/span>
<\/li> - At least 4+ years in S/4HANA including implementation<\/span>
<\/li> - 5+ years of SAP Solution Architect or Project/Integration Manager experience<\/span>
<\/li> - Should be able to articulate and demonstrate S/4 functionalities including Fiori<\/span>
<\/li> - Knowledge of S/4HANA Best Practices and Enterprise Architecture<\/span>
<\/li> - Conversant with Agile, Activate methodologies<\/span>
<\/li> - Deep understanding of integration with other systems like Hybris Commerce, Sales, Service, Marketing, Ariba, Hybris, Fieldglass, HANA Studio, Analytics is desired<\/span>
<\/li> - Must know processes and configurations in the at -least one area and working knowledge in other areas e.g. Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management and its integration with each other<\/span>
<\/li> - Thorough understanding of the multiple SAP modules and the ability to research & apply business best practices<\/span>
<\/li> - Experience designing and improving business processes and controls with deep business process re -engineering experience<\/span>
<\/li> - Demonstrated ability to communicate project goals and objectives, project status and deliverables with senior executives<\/span>
<\/li> - Undergraduate degree in math, computer science, engineering, or related discipline with an information technology focus (preferred)<\/span>
<\/li> - Masters, MBA or advanced degree in MIS or Computer Science highly preferred<\/span>
