Job Summary (List Format):
- Own and maintain the global S/4HANA S2P (Source-to-Pay) process template, clearly defining global standards versus local configurations and managing template change control.
- Document and communicate template decisions and rationale to ensure clarity and adoption by country teams.
- Lead fit-to-standard workshops for country deployments, ensuring legal/regulatory requirements are met while limiting non-essential customizations.
- Oversee configuration of country-specific S2P settings such as tax codes, payment methods, and localization elements (currency, language, bank interfaces).
- Coordinate with local finance, procurement, and IT teams to confirm deployment readiness and manage localization scope formally.
- Address region-specific requirements (e.g., SEPA, VAT, e-invoicing in Europe; ACH/wire formats, 1099 reporting, and multi-currency in Americas).
- Ensure alignment of vendor master data, business partner roles, and procurement processes to meet both global and country-specific needs.
- Define, validate, and manage country-specific master data within the global template, ensuring data quality and proper migration from legacy systems.
- Lead and coordinate data migration activities, including extraction, transformation, validation, and sign-off.
- Maintain and manage a deployment roadmap with clear milestones, dependencies, and risks for each country rollout.
- Oversee structured user acceptance testing (UAT), defect management, and business sign-off for each deployment.
- Lead cutover planning and execution, including parallel run coordination and go/no-go decision gates.
- Provide hypercare support during the initial close cycle post go-live, addressing issues and stabilizing operations.
- Document and incorporate lessons learned into the global template and deployment methodology for continuous improvement in future rollouts.
