Job Description
Work stream activities will span the entire program scope consisting of the implementation of Benefits.
Functional Consultant Role

· Leads design workshops and documents requirements and gaps

· Develops and documents solution designs

· Performs configuration and/or development and unit testing

· Creates specification documents where technical development is required

· Provides input to testing scope and execution

· Provides input to training scope and execution

· Performs defect resolution during testing

· Provides estimates for ongoing and proposed work

· Provides regular updates to work stream leadership

· Identifies, resolves, and escalates issues and risks to team lead.
This role is full time with onsite travel for milestones. While the number of days is currently 20, this role will be extended through go live in January 2026.
