Description:

• Lead / mentor (Internal/External) supply chain core teams throughout project life cycle.
• Enable cross functional SC efficiencies in process with Ops and within the Supply Chain /3PL systems
• Create a core team culture that promotes agile thinking, empowers to lead the strategic design of the future state (User stories, KDDs, Training, Testing, MD, Analytics, Change, Cutover, etc).
• Work with 1ERP core team to Meet Milestones, RACI and program deliverables (i.e., User stories, KDDs, testing, training sign offs) on time and within budget.
• Work with business and IT to rationalize RICEWF and drive approval at executive leadership
• Work with business and IT to align on implementation plan including design, development, testing schedules
• As a test leads to build SC Test strategy, scope, execution and Exit criteria
• Work across IT and Business and provide executive support to management of program level RAID
• Responsible for establishing transition to process support organization
• Identify and engage the correct subject matters experts from the business and IT. Obtain their input and support in all program phases as needed
• Drive VZWs Change management methodology and strategies working with team members and business stakeholders to building commitment and reducing resistance to change
• Ensure governance is established that proactively manages risks, escalations occur as needed and are resolved at the right levels.
• Reinforce communications to stakeholder groups on a regular basis and as needed
• Act as a supply chain inventory logistics focal point to 1ERP program management teams and SC leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/ Master / MBA degree plus five or more years of relevant work experience
• 5 or more year of work Experience in managing large SAP transformation projects. Manage complex SAP implementation project end to end.
• SAP S4 implementation expertise in SAP MM, IM, LE, modules.
• Process SME knowledge in telecommunication industry, supply chain processes of inventory management, logistics execution, 3PL WMS systems and scanner functions.
• Cross team integration expertise with ordering system, planning system ( IBP) and 3PL WMS systems.
• Expert understanding and experience in Supply Chain disciplines, financial treatment of goods movements, and implementation of software solutions with a particular focus on implementing transformational initiatives (systems and process) and change management.
• Strong communication skills with ability to build beneficial working relationships
• Detailed knowledge and use of MS Office suite, HPALM, Service Now, G-Suite, MS Project, SAP, PeopleSoft, Jira,
