Kforce has a client that is seeking an SAP S4 Tester in Media, PA.
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Test Lead to manage and coordinate testing activities for large-scale SAP implementations and transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for developing testing strategies, leading System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), managing defect resolution, and ensuring business processes function effectively across integrated SAP environments. The ideal candidate has extensive SAP testing experience, strong project coordination skills, and a proven track record supporting end-to-end testing during SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive testing strategies, plans, schedules, and documentation
- Lead and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and end-to-end process testing activities
- Create, review, and execute test scripts, test cases, and testing scenarios across SAP business processes
- Partner with functional, technical, and business teams to validate end-to-end business processes and system integrations
- Support data conversion testing, reconciliation activities, and data validation efforts
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution
- Facilitate defect triage meetings and coordinate issue resolution with project teams
- Monitor testing progress and ensure milestones, deliverables, and timelines are achieved
- Support business users during test preparation, execution, and issue resolution
- Validate interfaces, reports, workflows, master data, and integrated systems
- Support mock conversions, cutover rehearsals, deployment readiness, and go-live activities
- Provide post-go-live support and hypercare assistance
- Develop testing metrics, dashboards, status reports, and executive updates
Requirements:
- 5+ years of SAP testing experience
- Experience supporting at least one full SAP S/4HANA implementation
- Strong experience leading or coordinating: System Integration Testing (SIT); User Acceptance Testing (UAT); Regression Testing; End-to-End Process Testing
- Experience creating test plans, scripts, scenarios, and testing documentation
- Experience managing defect tracking and resolution processes
- Experience working with cross-functional project teams in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of SAP business processes, integrations, and data validation methodologies
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, SAP, or testing certifications
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration projects
- Experience supporting cutover planning, mock conversions, and go-live readiness activities
- Experience with SAP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, or related functional areas

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
