About the Role

• The SAP SD Analyst role involves providing expert-level business process guidance on Navy ERP's SAP requirements and design. The successful candidate will apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments, designing and configuring business processes in SAP MM to meet customer requirements. Certec Consulting is seeking a highly skilled professional to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing, configuring, and optimizing SAP SD to meet customer requirements
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand S&D processes
• Implementing system enhancements
• Ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules
• Providing leadership to large teams of functional or technical personnel

Required Qualifications

• 10 or more years of SAP experience
• Subject Matter Expert experience in designing/configuring business processes in the SAP Sales and Distribution (SAP SD) module
• Ability to translate business process and requirements into system solutions
• Demonstrated ability in the application of functional and technical expertise to improve the performance of the business and resolution of functional and technical integration issues across SAP modules
• Bachelor's degree in a recognized technical, engineering, scientific, managerial, business, or other discipline related to area of expertise
• Active secret clearance
• Federal experience required

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of and experience with DoD and specifically Navy ERP
• Familiar with Navy and/or DoD IT architectures
• Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix
• Focus on customer service and responsiveness, with sound customer handling skills
• Experience in software development lifecycle surrounding requirements gathering, analysis, test (functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance), implementation, and post-production support of standard and custom business solutions supporting the SAP SD module
• SAP SD Reimbursement process experience
• Experience and knowledge of SD integration points with FI/CO/FM/PS modules and across other SAP modules
