Thinking Minds' client is looking for an experienced SAP SD Analyst to support, enhance, and optimize the Sales and Distribution processes within an SAP S/4HANA environment. This role focuses on end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, ensuring seamless integration with inventory and logistics. The position is crucial for maintaining efficient operations across cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, and Warehouse Operations.


Ideal Candidate Should Have

SAP S/4HANA SD configuration and support

• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes

• Experience with SAP EWM and inventory management

• Knowledge of third-party system integration (e.g., Salesforce)

• Ability to analyze issues across multiple systems


Role Overview

The SAP SD Analyst will provide day-to-day support for SAP SD processes, including sales orders, deliveries, billing, returns, pricing, ATP, and credit management. They will configure and maintain SAP OTC modules, support integrations with related SAP modules like Finance (FI/CO) and Materials Management (MM), and troubleshoot issues impacting order processing and customer fulfillment. The role involves collaborating with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and Warehouse Operations to support O2C and fulfillment processes.


Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for SAP SD processes

• Configure and maintain SAP OTC modules

• Support integrations with SAP FI/CO, MM, and Supply Chain

• Troubleshoot and resolve SD-related issues

• Coordinate with ABAP and integration teams for enhancements

• Participate in SAP releases, upgrades, and projects

• Maintain process and configuration documentation
