Roles & Responsibilities:
SAP ERP Sales and Distribution (SD); Order to cash; EDI
SAP SD EDI Consultant responsible for managing end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes with focus on EDI/IDoc integrations, ensuring seamless B2B transactions and system reliability across SAP ECC/S/4HANA landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support EDI/IDoc interfaces (Order, Delivery, Invoice, ASN).
Provide L2/L3 support for SAP SD + EDI processes within SLA.
Monitor and resolve IDoc failures, mapping issues, and interface errors.
Support end-to-end OTC flow (Order ? Delivery ? Billing)
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
Collaborate with ABAP/PI/CPI teams for enhancements and fixes.
Configure and support output determination, partner profiles, message types.
Ensure data consistency and integration with external partner systems.
Document functional specs, RCA, and interface flows.
Required Skills
8+ years in SAP SD functional + EDI/IDoc integration
Strong knowledge of OTC lifecycle (Order, Delivery, PGI, Billing)
Hands-on experience in IDoc processing, ALE/EDI configuration
Experience with partner profiles, message control, output types
Good understanding of SDFI/MM integrations
Exposure to middleware (PI/PO/CPI)
Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred
Experience with B2B/EDI transactions (850, 855, 810, 856 equivalents)
Knowledge of S/4HANA and API-based integrations
Exposure to AMS/support model and ITSM tools

Salary Range: $94,000 - $121,000 a year
