SAP Senior Tester

Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Senior Tester with strong expertise in SAP Testing, Panaya Test Management, and enterprise application testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing testing activities across multiple SAP systems while ensuring high-quality releases through effective test management, defect tracking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and administer the Panaya Test Management database.
• Manage Panaya user administration, including user creation, role assignments, and access management.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Business Experts to define test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Load and organize test cases into Panaya based on testing cycles.
• Coordinate testing activities across multiple SAP systems and integrated applications.
• Execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression, and functional testing.
• Monitor and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution.
• Track testing progress and provide regular status reports to project stakeholders.
• Work closely with business users, functional teams, and technical teams to validate system functionality.
• Ensure end-to-end testing of SAP interfaces and integrated enterprise applications.
• Support release validation and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 3–5+ years of experience in SAP Testing.
• Strong experience with Panaya Test Management.
• Experience creating and managing test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
• Hands-on experience with defect management and issue tracking.
• Strong knowledge of SAP systems and SAP system interfaces.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression, and functional testing.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate testing activities across multiple teams in an Agile or enterprise environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing SAP ECC and integrated SAP landscapes.
• Knowledge of SAP interfaces such as EDI, SAP PO, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or Demand Planning solutions.
• Experience working on large-scale SAP implementation or transformation projects.
