Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP Quality Management Engineer to support the configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of SAP Quality Management (QM) solutions in a GxP-regulated life sciences environment. This individual will partner with business and technical teams to deliver compliant SAP solutions, support system lifecycle deliverables, lead testing activities, design and deploy custom enhancements, and implement integrations between SAP and third-party applications. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently while ensuring high-quality, compliant SAP delivery.

Years of experience/education and/or certifications required
Minimum 5 years of SAP configuration and testing experience, preferably with SAP QM.
Experience working in GxP-regulated pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
Experience with SAP custom enhancements (RICEFW/RICEFS).
Experience designing and deploying integrations between SAP and third-party systems.
Experience supporting System Lifecycle (SLC) deliverables and validation activities.

The role requires independent execution while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, technical teams, vendors, and project leadership.
Work Schedule (Define days, # of hours) / Is Overtime offered or required?
Standard workweek: Monday through Friday
40 hours per week
Occasional overtime may be required during testing cycles, deployments, cutovers, and critical project milestones.
Does this position offer the ability to work remotely on a regular basis or is it an on-site role?
Hybrid/Remote model available.
Priority will be given to candidates who can work onsite in Lake County, IL.
Remote candidates located within the United States will be considered.
Is the worker onshore or offshore?
Onshore (United States preferred)
Will there be Domestic and/or International Travel?
Limited travel anticipated.
Primarily domestic travel to Lake County locations if required.
Estimated travel: less than 10%.

To provide SAP Quality Management expertise supporting ongoing SAP initiatives and enhancements within a regulated life sciences environment. The role will help deliver SAP QM capabilities, integrations, compliance activities, testing, and continuous improvement efforts while supporting key business and manufacturing quality processes.
