Job Title: SAP Solution Architect (S/4HANA) - Onshore (USA)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect with a strong functional background and proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA transformations. This is a customer-facing, onshore role requiring deep engagement across solution design, delivery, and pre-sales.

The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology, drive end-to-end SAP solutions, and play a key role in shaping transformation programs for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solution architecture across functional domains (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash).
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, integrated SAP solutions.
  • Define target architecture, roadmap, and transformation strategy.
  • Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and industry standards.
  • Provide leadership across implementation, migration (ECC to S/4HANA), and rollout programs.

Functional Expertise

  • Act as a functional SME across one or more SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.).
  • Drive fit-gap analysis, process re-engineering, and solution design workshops.
  • Ensure business process optimization leveraging S/4HANA capabilities (Fiori, Embedded Analytics, etc.).

Pre-Sales & Business Development

  • Support pre-sales activities, including:

  • Solutioning and proposal development

  • Effort estimation and pricing models

  • Client presentations, demos, and RFP/RFI responses

  • Collaborate with sales teams to shape deals and win new business.

  • Provide thought leadership on digital transformation and SAP roadmaps.

Customer Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders.
  • Lead executive-level discussions and workshops.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance on best practices, innovation, and future-state architecture.

Governance & Leadership

  • Define and enforce architecture governance and standards.
  • Mentor and guide offshore/onshore teams.
  • Ensure quality delivery and adherence to timelines and budgets.
