Able to design, develop, deliver development project3. Able to gather requirement and collaborate with business team4. Responsible for high level and low level design documents5. Able to manage incident, problem and service request 6. Participate in critical incident resolution on need basis7. Self-Organized and able to work with limit guidance 8. Experience in HR domain in the Retail industry is preferable
