Responsible for the day to day functional support of the SAP MM and PM modules.
Providing production support by performing daily monitoring tasks, maintaining system configurations, identifying process gaps, and implementing process improvements. Assisting customers with help desk tickets that range from researching and resolving break/fix issues, updating the system with configuration changes, and providing “how-to” type guidance. Working with analysts in other support roles to resolve sophisticated issues and building out future enhancement opportunities. Understanding customer requirements and validating functional specifications with the business. Understanding the integration and functionality of other modules within the ERP landscape. Creating functional design specifications and training documentation. Planning and performing system change and upgrade testing. Identifying and driving innovation, standardization, and standard methodology opportunities.

Basic/Required Qualifications: 3+ years SAP MM functional support experience. Preferred Qualifications: Oil & Gas Business Experience in Supply Chain, and/or Operations.
Organizational Reporting Lines: Reports to Supervisor, ERP Operations & Supply Chain.
Required Skills: Functional understanding of SAP SCM and MM. Understanding of the Purchase to Pay or Procure to Pay process. Hands-on experience in SAP S/4 SAP ECC experience. Basic Qualification: Additional Skills: Background Check: Yes. Drug Screen: Yes.
