SAP Supply Chain Project/Program Manage

We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager with strong expertise in SAP ERP transformations and Supply Chain processes. This role will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA implementations, with a focus on end-to-end Supply Chain business processes. The ideal candidate will drive program execution, manage dependencies, and ensure successful delivery of scalable, efficient supply chain solutions across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale SAP ERP transformation programs with a focus on Supply Chain processes.
• Oversee end-to-end Supply Chain workflows including planning, procurement, production, inventory, logistics, and order fulfillment within SAP environments.
• Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and system integrators to define requirements and align on program objectives.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and readiness activities to ensure smooth program execution.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across SAP ECC/S/4HANA Supply Chain modules, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals.
• Drive supply chain process optimization and ensure alignment with enterprise operating models.
• Facilitate program governance, including reporting, status updates, and executive steering committee communications.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions on time and within scope and budget.
• Support issue resolution and decision-making across business and technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of project or program management experience.
• 3 5 years of experience supporting SAP ERP transformations (ECC or S/4HANA), with a focus on Supply Chain.
• Proven experience working with business leaders, IT teams, and system integrators.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain business processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional dependencies and readiness risks.
• Direct experience supporting Supply Chain processes in an SAP environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale enterprise transformation or global supply chain programs.
• Familiarity with SAP Supply Chain modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP, EWM).
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience in complex, matrixed enterprise environments.
