    Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite broadband network.     Export Control : This position requires that the candidate selected be a U.S. Citizen in order to comply with U.S. government-imposed requirements related to the nature of the work and/or where it will be performed.

    As a Senior TPM for Leo Enterprise Technology, you will own the strategy and execution of mission-critical, enterprise-wide programs that underpin Leo"s global operations at scale. You will set the long-term vision for how enterprise platforms-including SAP and tightly integrated systems-enable Leo"s business, financial, and operational outcomes. This role helps driving alignment across multiple organizations, senior leaders, and external partners. You will define operating models, influence architectural direction, and establish durable mechanisms that enable predictable execution in a highly complex and ambiguous environment.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Define multi-year strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned to Leo's business objectives
    • Understand business requirements working with PMT, Business stakeholders, super users
    • Anticipate systemic risks and dependencies before they impact delivery
    • Raise the bar for program management excellence across the organization
    • Work with engineering teams (SAP Developers, Functional designers, process designers, security, Admin and other members) to understand the effort needed
    • Build project plans and sprint schedules understanding engineering team bandwidth
    • Manage dependencies inside and outside of the team to get the team answers on time, unblock the team and execute to aligned project plan and business need by dates
    • Identify and escalate risks, manage issue resolution
    • Bring in project management best practices , setup right processes, align with existing processes to delivery results
    • Setup Jira and other tools used for capturing and running projects and sprint cadence

    A day in the life

    This role will be highly collaborative, requiring partnerships with cross-functional leaders to drive positive results. This role requires ability to advocate on behalf of our customers (internal and external) and an ability to push back without being adversarial.

    You will tackle challenging, novel situations every day and have the opportunity to work with multiple technical teams at Amazon in different locations. You should be comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity and relish the idea of solving problems that haven"t been solved at scale before.
