Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. As a Senior TPM for Leo Enterprise Technology, you will own the strategy and execution of mission-critical, enterprise-wide programs that underpin Leo"s global operations at scale. You will set the long-term vision for how enterprise platforms-including SAP and tightly integrated systems-enable Leo"s business, financial, and operational outcomes. This role helps driving alignment across multiple organizations, senior leaders, and external partners. You will define operating models, influence architectural direction, and establish durable mechanisms that enable predictable execution in a highly complex and ambiguous environment.

This role will be highly collaborative, requiring partnerships with cross-functional leaders to drive positive results. This role requires ability to advocate on behalf of our customers (internal and external) and an ability to push back without being adversarial.
