Title: SAP Transformation Consultant
Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 months
Pay Range: $60 - $65/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Transformation Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Signavio and RISE with SAP to support business process transformation and S/4HANA modernization initiatives. This role will lead process discovery, fit-to-standard assessments, future-state design, and Order-to-Cash (OTC) transformation efforts while partnering with business and technology stakeholders to drive process optimization and cloud transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Order-to-Cash (OTC) business transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate process discovery, fit-to-standard workshops, and future-state design using SAP Signavio.
• Drive process modeling, optimization, harmonization, and documentation across business functions.
• Support RISE with SAP and S/4HANA transformation programs, including cloud adoption and process redesign.
• Lead SAP SD/OTC solution design, configuration, and implementation activities.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Develop functional specifications, process documentation, test plans, and training materials.
• Support testing, deployment, cutover planning, hyper-care, and post-go-live activities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated business solutions.
Required Qualifications:
Experience
• 8+ years of SAP SD/OTC consulting or implementation experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on SAP Signavio experience.
• Experience with at least one RISE with SAP or SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
• Experience leading business process workshops, fit-to-standard assessments, and transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting skills.
SAP Signavio Expertise
• Business process modeling and documentation.
• Current-state and future-state process design.
• Process analysis, optimization, and harmonization.
• Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement.
RISE with SAP Expertise
• RISE with SAP transformation programs.
• SAP S/4HANA migration and modernization initiatives.
• SAP Activate methodology.
• Cloud ERP adoption and transformation planning.
SAP OTC Expertise
• SAP SD configuration and solution design.
• Order management, pricing, fulfillment, billing, and returns processes.
• Cross-functional integrations with Finance, Supply Chain, and related SAP modules.
• Business process automation and optimization.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
• SAP Signavio certification.
• SAP S/4HANA experience or certification.
• Knowledge of SAP Process Intelligence and Process Mining.
