·         Work Stream requirement gathering with the business process owners fill in the Business-Driven Configuration Assessment questionnaire.

·         Based on the answers obtained from the assessment, consultants need to plan/build the Workshop A (System Demo and Presentation Deck)

·         Requirements Management

·         Configuration and Documentation

·         Key Decision Documentation

·         Process Flows

·         Authorization and Security

·         Test planning (Standard and Custom objects)

·         Change Management

·         Reporting

·         S/4 Experience

·         A&D Experience

·         Experience with Transportation and Advanced Transportation in S/4

·         Freight Units and Freight Orders

·         Integration with ShipERP for small parcel management

·         Carrier integration

·         Integration with Warehouse Management (EWM), GTS and Dangerous Goods

·         Route Determination

·         Integration with external Warehouse systems (3PL)

·         Functional specification authoring
