We are seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong background in the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry, preferably with Airline Management experience. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise and hands-on experience across the SAP TM lifecycle.
Location : Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a functional SME for SAP Transportation Management, supporting complex business requirements.
- Lead and contribute to functional design, solution configuration, and system implementation.
- Develop detailed functional specifications and collaborate closely with technical teams.
- Perform system configuration, unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
- Provide expertise in SAP IS-A&D, including airline-specific processes.
- Support solution design, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- SAP Transportation Management (TM) – Advanced level, 6–9 years of experience
- SAP IS-A&D (Airline Management) – Advanced level, 6–9 years of experience
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Functional specifications
- Configuration and testing
- Process design and optimization
- Proven experience working in the Aerospace & Defense industry
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience with SAP Transportation Management in large, complex environments
- Prior experience supporting airline or aviation-focused projects
