Role Overview

The SAP Treasury Lead will coordinate the treasury workstream across ECC to S/4HANA migration activities and support testing, cutover, go-live readiness, training, knowledge transfer, and hypercare support. The primary office is 200 Sterling Parkway, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050. Travel once a month. The role includes 6 months RTH.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead treasury workstream coordination across ECC to S/4HANA migration activities, ensuring alignment with the overall program plan and cutover milestones.
• Partner with Treasury, Finance, IT, and implementation teams to support treasury business requirements, dependencies, and readiness criteria for go-live.
• Coordinate testing for treasury processes including cash management, bank account management, payment processing, and bank statement handling.
• Drive issue tracking, risk escalation, and resolution of treasury-related defects, conversions, and integration gaps.
• Support cutover planning by confirming treasury activities, sequencing, and business-owner responsibilities for migration weekend and go-live.
• Map current SAP ECC solution to S/4 and support UAT and go-live for the solution built in S/4 by addressing the pain points.

Required Technical Skills

• Lead treasury workstream coordination across ECC to S/4HANA migration activities.
• Support treasury business requirements, dependencies, and readiness criteria for go-live.
• Coordinate testing for treasury processes including cash management, bank account management, payment processing, and bank statement handling.
• Validate treasury master data, configurations, and interfaces.
• Issue tracking, risk escalation, and resolution of treasury-related defects, conversions, and integration gaps.
• Cutover planning.
• Go-live readiness materials, status updates, and decision support.
• Treasury controls, reconciliations, and process documentation.
• Training, knowledge transfer, and hypercare support.
• Act as the primary point of contact for treasury coordination.
• Map current SAP ECC solution to S/4.
• Support UAT and go-live.
• Functional Specification.
• Config work book.
• Test scripts.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA experience leading and managing the Treasury solution.
