SAP Functional Consultant Sr. - SAP Vistex with Loyalty Management
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Vistex Consultant with strong expertise in Vistex Loyalty Management and SAP integration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting customer loyalty and incentive management solutions using SAP Vistex integrated with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to translate loyalty program requirements into scalable and efficient SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements related to customer loyalty, rewards, promotions, rebates, and incentive programs.
Design, configure, and implement SAP Vistex Loyalty Management solutions.
Configure loyalty program components including:
Membership Management
Tier Management
Points Accrual and Redemption
Reward Catalog Management
Campaign and Promotion Management
Bonus Point Programs
Voucher and Coupon Management
Integrate Vistex Loyalty with SAP SD, CRM, CAR, Commerce, POS, and S/4HANA.
Configure qualification rules, earning rules, redemption rules, expiration policies, and customer segmentation.
Design interfaces with external systems using SAP CPI, APIs, IDocs, OData, and Web Services.
Perform requirement gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, defect resolution, and production support.
Prepare Functional Specifications (FS), configuration documents, test scripts, and user training materials.
Support UAT, cutover activities, and hypercare during project go-live.
Collaborate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements and reports.
Participate in solution architecture discussions and recommend best practices aligned with SAP Clean Core principles.
