We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Vistex Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Vistex Rights & Royalties Management on SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting enterprise-wide Rights & Royalties initiatives and SAP S/4HANA transformation programs by providing functional leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from solution design to post-go-live support.
The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional and technical teams, integration teams, and implementation partners to deliver scalable Rights & Royalties solutions while ensuring successful implementation, stabilization, and transition to long-term support.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP Vistex Rights & Royalties Management.
Support SAP S/4HANA transformation projects and enterprise Rights & Royalties initiatives.
Lead solution design, functional configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization activities.
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Vistex Rights & Royalties solutions.
Configure and support Rights, Licensing, Royalty Calculation, Settlement, and Contract Management processes within SAP S/4HANA.
Collaborate with business users, SAP functional consultants, developers, integration teams, and implementation partners.
Lead functional workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design discussions.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex functional issues.
Support data migration validation, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover planning, and hypercare activities.
Mentor offshore functional support teams and establish best practices for ongoing production support.
Assist in knowledge transfer and transition from project implementation to managed services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8 10+ years of SAP functional consulting experience.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP Vistex Rights & Royalties Management.
Experience implementing and supporting SAP S/4HANA environments.
Deep understanding of:
Rights Management
Licensing Management
Royalties Processing
Royalty Settlement
Contract and Agreement Management
Claims and Rebates (preferred)
Experience with end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
Strong knowledge of SAP integration with modules such as:
SAP SD
SAP FI/CO
SAP MM
SAP BRIM (preferred)
Experience leading solution design workshops and business process optimization.
Strong experience supporting SIT, UAT, Cutover, Hypercare, and Post-Go-Live activities.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience mentoring offshore or global support teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in media, entertainment, publishing, consumer products, or licensing industries.
Experience with multiple SAP S/4HANA implementation programs.
Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
SAP or Vistex certifications are a plus.
Experience working in global delivery and managed services environments.
