Satchmo’s BBQ & Cajun has been serving the Flagstaff community, and guests from across Arizona and beyond, since 2009. We are known for scratch-made food, strong hospitality, and a company culture built on teamwork, hard work, and pride in what we do.Now we are opening our newest location in Munds Park — the newest addition to the Satchmo’s family of culinary concepts — and we are looking for strong leaders to help build it from the ground up.We are open to candidates with experience in kitchen leadership, front of house leadership, shift leadership, service management, or general restaurant leadership. - Helping open and establish a new Satchmo’s location in Munds Park
- Supporting daily operations across FOH, BOH, or both
- Leading shifts, coaching team members, and helping set standards
- Building a culture of teamwork, urgency, accountability, and hospitality
- Training staff and helping create organized, consistent operations
- Jumping in wherever needed to help the restaurant succeed
What we’re looking for:
- Restaurant leadership experience in any of the following: FOH, BOH, shift lead, or management roles
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
- Professionalism, patience, empathy, and communication skills
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a team-first mindset
- Passion for hospitality, culinary excellence, and helping others succeed
