To be successful you need to be highly motivated and detail oriented while showing the highest standards of execution.Key Job ResponsibilitiesFollow work instructions and safety proceduresOperation of dynamic test equipment (vibration, shock, acoustic)Assemble tooling and assist with equipment maintenanceCommunicate production progress and blockers to engineering and leadershipOperate a crane holding sensitive equipment with a payload up to 3,000 lbsUse various hand tools and calibrated equipmentUse computer software programs for running testsPerform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient, safe and effective work environmentWilling to work all shifts, overtime and weekends as needed. Estimated shift time: 1st shift Sun-Wed 4/10s (6:00 am – 4:30 pm). Shifts may vary, depending on program needs.Physical RequirementsAble to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive assembly operations.Able to climb and descend ladders, work in tight spaces, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, and stretching may be required to perform the functions of this position.Able to lift at least 25 lbs unassisted.Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.Export Control RequirementDue to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.About the TeamOur dynamics team in Final Integration is a highly motivated and closely working team. As a total compensation company, you are eligible for additional earnings including overtime pay and performance bonuses. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
