At Activated Insights, our work helps home care organizations better
support seniors, caregivers, and families across North America through
technology, surveys, and training. As a **Satisfaction Research
Associate,** youll conduct phone surveys with home care recipients,
their families, and caregivers, accurately documenting their feedback so
providers can improve the quality of care and the experience of their
employees.
