About the Role:
R Hindi Group PLLC in Ferndale, MI is looking for a talented and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our growing team! This is a flexible, part-time opportunity offering Saturday shifts (1–3 optional Saturdays per month) as well as Tuesday assisted hygiene hours from 12–7. Responsibilities:

• Perform professional dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, and oral hygiene evaluations
• Provide assisted hygiene support during Tuesday shifts (12–7 PM schedule)
• Take and review dental radiographs (X-rays) in compliance with office protocols
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Document patient records accurately using dental practice management software
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth, efficient patient flow
• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards per OSHA and CDC guidelines

Requirements:

• Active Michigan Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license required
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience with assisted hygiene models is a plus
• Availability for optional Saturdays (1–3 per month) and Tuesdays 12–7 PM
• Strong patient communication and chairside manner
• Proficiency with dental software and digital radiography
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team-focused attitude
