You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's speech, receptive and expressive language, feeding and swallowing needs through:Providing individualized therapyImplementing therapeutic approaches such as Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding, Get Permission Approach, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), and Intentional Relationship Model (IRM)Collaborating with occupational and physical therapists, and social workersDocumenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of careCompensationCompetitive Hourly Rate: $35-40/hourSchedule & LocationDates: August-OctoberSchedule: Saturdays 9:00am - 2:30pmProviders must work the full shift 9:00am-2:30pm (unless first or last session canceled, can also clock out if client canceled)Providers must commit to 3, 4 or 5-month period.
