We re looking for a skilled and passionate Saut Cook to join our kitchen team and help continue that tradition.

As our Saut Cook, you ll work the heart of the kitchen the range preparing perfectly cooked meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, pasta dishes, and made-to-order sauces during busy service hours.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing saut dishes with consistency and attention to detail
  
• Cooking meats, fish, poultry, pasta, and vegetables to order
  
• Creating and finishing sauces quickly and accurately
  
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation
  
• Collaborating with the kitchen team during high-volume service
  
• Helping deliver an exceptional dining experience for every guest
  

• Minimum 2 years of saut or line cook experience
  
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  
• Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented mindset
  
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
  

• Starting pay: $20+/hour DOE
  
• $500 sign-on bonus after 6 months of successful employment and continued growth in the position
