Neutral Ground Bistreaux is looking for an experienced Saute cook to execute high-quality dishes with speed and precision in a fast-paced kitchen.
Responsibilities:
. Cook and plate and sautéed dishes to exact Specification
. maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked station.
.Control cooking times, temperatures, and seasoning for consistency.
. Work efficiently during high-volume service.
. Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols.
Requirements:
.Experience: minium 1 year as a sauté cook or line cook in a professional kitchen.
.Skills: strong sauce technique, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure.
.Work ethic: punctual, reliable, and able to maintain focus in a high-energy environment.
.Certifications: serv-safe preferred but not required.
