Line Cook – Sauté / Lead (PM)
Riverside Country Club | Bozeman, MT
Cook on a real line without the 1 am close. Riverside is a member-owned private club minutes from downtown Bozeman — no Gallatin Canyon commute, no seasonal layoff, and a kitchen that's done earlier than most. We're looking for an experienced line sauté cook who's steady under volume and takes pride in the plate.
Pay
$24–$28 / hour, depending on experience, plus a share of banquet event gratuities

Wednesday–Sunday, 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm (early close — home by 10)

The Sauté / Line Cook sets up their station, prepares and cooks food to Riverside's standards, and follows all Gallatin City-County Health Department food-handling and hygiene regulations as well as RCC policies. Reporting to the Executive Chef or Sous Chef, this cook is a key member of a collaborative kitchen team committed to delivering outstanding food for our members and guests.
