Description

CTG is seeking to fill a Saviynt IGA Engineer position for our client. Join a highly collaborative Identity & Access Management team responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. This role focuses on Saviynt engineering, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, connector development, identity lifecycle management, and governance automation. The ideal candidate has hands-on Saviynt experience, strong IAM architecture knowledge, and the ability to deliver secure, scalable identity solutions in a global enterprise environment. Location: Remote (Pacific Time Zone preferred) Duration: 12 months Travel to Japan may be required. Duties: Design, implement, and support enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using Saviynt. Configure and customize Saviynt to support identity lifecycle management, governance, and compliance requirements. Design and develop connectors between Saviynt and enterprise systems, including HR platforms, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and business applications. Develop custom integrations to collect identity, security, and governance data from enterprise applications. Build and maintain custom reports supporting compliance, audit, and operational reporting. Design and implement workflows for access requests, access certifications, Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, and user lifecycle management. Establish governance models for human identities, machine identities, and service accounts. Design, configure, and maintain policies, groups, and access governance controls within Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory. Support IAM/IGA configurations across Development, QA, and Production environments. Produce architecture documentation, workflow diagrams, solution designs, and operational procedures. Partner with security, infrastructure, compliance, and application teams to align IAM solutions with business and regulatory requirements. Participate in projects utilizing SDLC, CI/CD, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies. Provide production support, troubleshoot IAM issues, and recommend continuous improvements. Support global teams across multiple time zones; occasional travel to Japan may be required. Hands-on expertise implementing and supporting Saviynt. Experience designing connectors between Saviynt and enterprise systems, including HR platforms, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and business applications. Experience developing custom integrations and connectors to collect identity and security data. Experience creating custom reports within Saviynt. Strong Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory administration experience. Experience designing and implementing access request, certification, identity lifecycle, and governance workflows. Experience managing human identities, machine identities, and service accounts. Experience supporting IAM/IGA solutions across Development, QA, and Production environments. Working knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, Agile, and Waterfall delivery methodologies. Experience supporting IAM security controls, compliance, and audit initiatives preferred. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable IAM/IGA solutions. Experience producing architecture diagrams, workflow documentation, and operational procedures preferred. Japanese language skills are a plus. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $90.00 to $100.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
