  • Job Title: Saw Machine Operator
  • Location: Coppell, TX
  • Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour
  • Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Training Duration: Approximately a few weeks (may vary based on individual progress and performance)
  • Post-Training Schedule: Monday–Friday with more flexible hours based on production needs
  • Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm

Job Responsibilities
  • Operate saw equipment to cut cardboard sheets and packaging materials according to customer specifications.
  • Read and follow work orders to ensure accurate cuts and production requirements.
  • Measure, inspect, and verify finished products for quality and accuracy.
  • Load and unload large cardboard sheets onto the saw machine.
  • Move materials throughout the production area safely and efficiently.
  • Perform basic machine adjustments and routine maintenance as instructed.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Must be able to speak and understand English.
  • Ability to lift and move large cardboard sheets throughout the shift. Some materials can be bulky and require physical strength to handle safely.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Willingness to learn and follow established procedures.
