Pay and Schedule
- Pay: $18 per hour
- Location: Henderson, CO
- Schedule: Monday–Friday 7am-3:30pm
Responsibilities
- Operate power saws to cut, trim, and modify wooden pallets.
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow all safety procedures, policies, and PPE requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Meet production goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with other shop and production duties as assigned.
- Work overtime when needed to support business demands.
Requirements
- Ability to safely operate power tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift and move 50–75 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to work in varying weather and environmental conditions, including heat, cold, dust, and air particulates.
- Strong hand-eye-foot coordination and good balance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, construction, lumber, or a related field is preferred.
