Saw Operator / Material Handler

Hours:
1st Shift: 08:00 AM 04:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Pay:
$20.00/hour + based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Operate automatic band saws to cut and prepare materials for production orders
Load and unload materials using cranes and forklifts
Perform part checks using calipers, tape measures, and gauges
Transport finished products to designated staging areas
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Minimum Requirements:
Prior experience operating saws or working in a metal fabrication environment
Proficient with measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, gauges)
Forklift and crane operation experience required
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team environment
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with shipping and receiving tasks
Familiarity with industrial safety protocols
Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience desirable
Other Requirements:
Ability to work on-site at our Kent, Ohio location
Physical ability to lift and handle materials as needed
