Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is seeking a dependable Saw Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Oklahoma City. This position is responsible for operating industrial saw equipment to cut materials according to production specifications while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has strong measuring skills, pays close attention to detail, and is comfortable working around heavy industrial equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
Experience operating industrial saw equipment is a plus
Ability to accurately read a tape measure
Ability to read and understand work orders, cut lists, and production paperwork
Overhead crane experience preferred (or willingness to learn)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Safely operate industrial saw equipment to cut materials according to production specifications
Read and interpret work orders, cut lists, and production documentation
Measure materials accurately using a tape measure and other measuring tools
Cut materials to precise dimensions while maintaining quality standards
Pull and stage materials for production as needed
Operate overhead cranes to safely move materials throughout the facility (training available if needed)
Inspect finished materials for dimensional accuracy and quality
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
Perform additional production and material handling duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Previous industrial saw operation experience
Manufacturing or fabrication experience
Overhead crane operating experience
Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with production equipment
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Comfortable working around heavy machinery, overhead cranes, and industrial equipment
Ability to safely perform physical tasks while wearing required PPE
Work Environment
Industrial manufacturing facility
