Job Description
The Saw Operator sets up, programs, and operates cutting equipment to produce accurate, high-quality parts for fabrication and production. This role handles both CNC and manual saws, monitors operations for defects, performs basic maintenance, and supports a safe, organized, and efficient manufacturing environment.

Work Environment
This role is based in a large, multi-building manufacturing and production facility in Omaha, operating Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The environment is an industrial shop setting with machining, fabrication, and assembly operations, and involves regular use of heavy equipment such as cranes, machining centers, and cutting tools. Work is fast-paced and hands-on, supporting production activities under OSHA standards with required personal protective equipment. The position is physically active, involving standing, lifting, and moving materials, and may include working in non-climate-controlled shop areas with heat in the summer. The facility promotes a team-oriented atmosphere with cross-functional collaboration and a culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38000.00 - $43500.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
