Salary: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule: 7:00am- 4:30pm Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate various machinery, including pneumatic and manual saws, and joiners.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Perform quality assurance checks and inspections.
• Handle materials, including receiving and replenishing inventory.
• • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Ability to measure precisely within 1/16 of an inch.
• Experience with saws, tools, and previous woodworking is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to distinguish variations in similar items.
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed, including occasional Fridays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain a clean work environment.
• Customer service experience and a focus on delivering quality under pressure.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
