Saw Operator / Production Associate

We are currently hiring a Saw Operator to join a busy manufacturing and distribution team. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders and cut lumber to required specifications
• Set up and adjust saw equipment for accurate cuts
• Feed lumber through saws safely and efficiently
• Stack and organize finished materials
• Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs, including dull saw blades
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or saw operation experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately (to 1/16 ")
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working around machinery in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
• Team player with a commitment to safety and quality

Work Environment

• Indoor industrial/warehouse setting
• Standing for extended periods
• Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and moving materials
• Exposure to machinery, dust, and loud noise (PPE provided)
