Compensation: $22.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: 1st shift | Monday–Thursday 6:00am–4:30pm | Fridays 6:00am–2:30pm as needed

About the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Saw Operator for a manufacturing facility in St. Cloud, Minnesota. In this role, you’ll safely and efficiently operate saw equipment to cut lumber according to production specifications while supporting overall truss plant operations. What You’ll Do as a Saw Operator:- Operate automated saws to cut lumber to specified lengths
- Load raw lumber onto saw equipment
- Unload cut material from saws
- Palletize cut lumber and finished components safely and accurately
- Verify cut accuracy and inspect materials for quality issues
- Follow production schedules, cut lists, and job specifications
- Remove scrap material and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Adhere to all safety policies, including proper use of PPE
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
What You Need to Bring to the Saw Operator Role:- Ability to safely operate machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and production schedules
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Dependable, safety-conscious work habits
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to St. Cloud, MN
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
