Are you looking for a stable manufacturing position where your attention to detail and hands-on skills are valued? We are seeking dependable Saw / Trim Operators to join our production team. Whether you have experience operating production equipment, working in fabrication, machining, assembly, or another manufacturing environment, we'd like to hear from you!

What You'll Do

  • Operate saw and trimming equipment safely and efficiently
  • Read and follow work instructions, production orders, and basic blueprints
  • Measure and inspect parts using tape measures, calipers, and other measuring tools
  • Perform basic part layout and verify dimensions
  • Maintain quality standards while meeting daily production goals
  • Monitor equipment performance and report any safety, quality, or maintenance concerns
  • Complete production paperwork accurately
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
  • Work closely with teammates to ensure production schedules are met

We're Looking For

  • Previous manufacturing, production, fabrication, machine operation, or warehouse experience preferred
  • Experience using measuring tools is a plus
  • Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is helpful, but training may be available
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
  • Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

  • Stand for the majority of the shift
  • Frequently use hands and arms to handle materials and operate equipment
  • Lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday
  • Occasionally bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch
