    Job Description

    The Sawing & Sealing Laborer is responsible for supporting concrete crews by operating saws and applying sealants to joints and cracks in finished concrete surfaces. This role plays a key part in maintaining quality, durability, and overall jobsite efficiency.
    This position will mainly be based in Columbia, MO and you must be willing to work days AND nights

    Responsibilities:

    • Operate walk-behind and handheld concrete saws to cut joints and clean lines in concrete
    • Apply joint sealants and materials to protect and extend the life of concrete surfaces
    • Assist with layout, prep work, and clean-up on job sites
    • Follow project plans, specifications, and supervisor direction
    • Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working condition
    • Support crew members with general labor tasks as needed
    • Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards

    Qualifications

    • Previous construction or labor experience preferred (concrete experience a plus)
    • ​Must be willing to work days and/or nights
    • Ability to operate or learn to operate concrete saws and sealing equipment
    • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
    • Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
