Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Sawmill Production Team Member to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be integral to the efficient operation of our sawmill, contributing to the processing and preparation of high-quality timber products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for manufacturing processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds;
- Must be able to tolerate bark and sawdust;
- Ability to stand, and move around, climb stairs;
- Extensive movement of arms and hands;
- Ability to work in all types of weather;
- Ability to bend, stoop, pull, and push;
- Ability to take direction is required as on the job training is provided;
- The ability to work in a safe and efficient manner;
- Have safety steel toed boots;
- Good interpersonal skills and communication;
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot;
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude.
