    Job Title:

    SBA Client Success Specialist

    Banesco USA is seeking an SBA Client Success Specialist for our SBA Sales business unit.

    Primary Job Duties:

    • Prepare SBA Term Sheet
    • Start application with Loan Operating System
    • Prepare and communicate checklist for initial required documentation
    • Review documentation for accuracy and completion, requesting updates as needed
    • Communicate regularly with borrowers, brokers and Business Development Officers, ensuring clear expectations of what is required and next steps
    • Support Business Development Officers in ensuring positive customer experience
    • Perform and review due diligence searches including, but not limited to, SAM.gov, CAIVRS, UCC, LexisNexis, OFAC, Tax Transcripts, Experian Credit Reports
    • Prepare and send new Broker packages for bank approval
    • Order third party reports including, but not limited to, Residential Appraisals, Commercial Real Estate Appraisals, Environmental reports, Business Valuations, Site Inspections.
    • Process invoice payments and vendor onboarding, when applicable.
    • Work with the closing team to process Withdrawn/Declined loans, ensuring all origination fees were captured
    • Complete full file reviews to ensure all required documentation is obtained and meet SBA SOP requirements prior to submitting to the SBA for approval
    • Review and make updates within Etran for SBA submission, along with the review of SBA Terms and Conditions
    • Maintain clean and accurate files, ensuring excess documents are removed, naming conventions are accurate and all files are uploaded timely
    • Maintain current understanding of SBA policies, procedures and compliance
    • Update and create procedures, as needed
    • Performs other functions and/or duties as assigned.

    Job Requirements:

    • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
    • Experience: One (1) year of experience in a customer service role or call center environment.
    • Advance computer skills including but not limited to proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
    • Basic knowledge of related State and Federal banking compliance regulations.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
    • Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish. Ability to fluently speak, understand, read and write both languages.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to multi-task, with strong organization, time-management and prioritizing skills.
    • Customer service skills, ensuring satisfaction of both internal and external customers.
    • Ability to understand and comprehend instructions, procedures and policies ensuring compliance with the Bank's policies and procedures.
