This is an adjunct faculty pool for teaching in the Small Business Development Center. The pool will remain open until June 2025 unless positions are no longer needed. Applications will be reviewed and candidates will be contacted and interviewed as positions become available.
Instruct students in the subject matter in accordance with that syllabus, maintain attendance records, assess student progress and evaluate course work. Instructor must also be able to adapt subject matter to the students attending the class. Instructor will maintain college standards in all aspects of professionalism, record keeping and instruction within the team atmosphere of the Continuing Education Department of Rogue Community College.
Supervision Received
The SBDC Director, in consultation with the Training Services Coordinator (TSC) is responsible for carrying out the evaluation of instructors under procedures developed. The SBDC Director confers with the TSC in decisions regarding instructor assignment and retention.
