This is an adjunct faculty pool for teaching part-time in the Small Business Development Center department. The pool will remain open until June 2025 unless positions are no longer needed. Applications will be reviewed and candidates will be contacted and interviewed as positions become available.
Instructor is required to work with an existing syllabus or create a course syllabus, instruct students in the subject matter in accordance with that syllabus, maintain attendance records, assess student progress and evaluate course work. Instructor will maintain college standards in all aspects of professionalism, record keeping and instruction within the team atmosphere of the Small Business Development Center of Rogue Community College.
Supervision Received
The Director, in consultation with Small Business Development Center staff, is responsible for carrying out the evaluation of instructors under procedures developed by RCC Small Business Development Center (SBDC). The Director confers with these resources in decisions regarding instructor assignment and retention.
