PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS: Physical requirements and working conditions include; but are not limited to, frequently standing and walking; normal manual dexterity (hands and fingers) and eye-hand coordination; lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and moving objects weighing up to 30 lbs.; bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching; reaching overhead, above the shoulders and horizontally; corrected hearing and vision to normal range; verbal communication; and use of custodial equipment and cleaning supplies. Work is performed in an indoor environment and throughout the campus areas during student programs, continuous contact with other staff, students, faculty, and the public. This position includes evening and/or weekend hours as a regular part of the work schedule based on operational needs. Specific days and hours may vary.
