Overview:
At Dorle Controls, we believe the most fulfilling place to work is where extraordinary people solve difficult problems together. We’re seeking a Function Owner (FO) – Body Systems to lead the design, development, and integration of vehicle body functions such as lighting, closures, windows, mirrors, wipers, and keyless entry.
You’ll own these functions end-to-end—from concept to launch—ensuring seamless integration, compliance, and robust validation across program milestones. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll define system requirements, manage EE and software architectures, and deliver high-quality solutions.
The ideal candidate brings expertise in systems engineering, EE/SW integration, and mechatronics, with proven experience in delivering automotive body functions. Analytical, results-driven, and skilled at problem-solving, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
