ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Greets and assists guests and various faculty, staff, and dignitaries that enter the SCA deans’ suite.
2. Helps with various recruiting activities such as ExperienceLU, CFAW, etc.
3. Completes light office work such as sorting and filling promotional materials, filing, taking inventory of items, and managing office consumables.
4. Available to do office jobs and run errands on campus.
5. Covers for office staff when necessary.
6. Works effectively as a team member, embracing and fostering LU’s mission.
QUALIFICATIONS AND CREDENTIALS
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Must be a residential student at Liberty University and is Work Study approved.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook.
3. Able to communicate accurately.
4. Is well-dressed and has a pleasant personality.
5. Dependable
6. Cooperative team player.
Preferred Qualifications:
Available to work 18 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 8:00am – 4:30pm.

The working environment in which one will typically perform the essential functions of this position is a climate-controlled office setting. It is well lighted, and the noise level is moderate.

Student employees are paid at least the current Virginia minimum wage per hour. Pay may vary by position and department based on job responsibilities, required skills, available funding, and market conditions.
