Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a SCADA Analyst to work with a leading utility and energy provider in the New Albany, OH area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected organization supporting critical transmission and energy infrastructure systems in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

This position is fully onsite, Monday through Friday, with opportunities to work on high-impact utility and transmission projects supporting real-time operations, system modeling, SCADA displays, and EMS technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain EMS (Energy Management System) and SCADA systems used in Transmission Operations
  • Build, update, and maintain SCADA one-line displays and system models
  • Monitor and improve real-time data interfaces and operational reliability
  • Support transmission and distribution modeling projects
  • Assist with troubleshooting, commissioning, RTU configurations, and system updates
  • Collaborate with engineering, telecom, operations, and technical teams to support utility infrastructure projects
  • Support advanced SCADA and ADMS applications and ongoing technology improvements
  • Participate in after-hours support as needed for critical systems

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related technical field preferred
  • Equivalent military, utility, or technical experience will also be considered
  • Experience with SCADA systems required
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment supporting critical infrastructure
  • Utility, transmission, EMS, ADMS, or substation experience highly preferred
  • Experience with RTU configuration, transmission modeling, or power systems is a plus

Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Overtime available as needed

New Albany, OH
