Key Requirements:
- Erect, alter, and dismantle scaffolding systems according to blueprints, layouts, and customer specifications
- Inspect scaffolding equipment and materials for safety, damage, and compliance before each use
- Load, unload, and transport scaffolding components and materials to and from job sites
- Work at heights while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and fall protection standards
- Communicate effectively with project managers, foremen, and customers to ensure job completion within deadlines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
- Comply with all OSHA regulations and Sunbelt Rentals safety policies
